Stayed for 2 nights, best location, Great staff Clean n tidy rooms. Building need upgrade, otherwise is all good. Will come back for sure
Stayed here for a weekend with family we had a total of 4 rooms we stayed 2 nights no Room service at all loud music all night on the 2nd night all night. They have wins clients. After been in shower not even 3mins the water goes cold. Tryed to resolve issues with owner but no luck before placing a review. One of our friends that stayed there there room had no Soap in bathroom at all. No aircon or fans even in the room. Would never stay here again,
Quite honestly the worst motel experience I have ever had. Entered my unit and the foulest smell ever made it virtually impossible to stay in it.... Rotten carpet or spilt milk type smell it was gut wrenching... Fortunately I just needed a base for 6 hours before catching the ferry. Beware also its a WINZ motel. Avoid in my opinion... The whole place is a dump
I was coming down for industry training and assessments, and the location of my classes was in an area that didn't have any accommodation close. I called the motel, and Jasbir was very accommodating to my needs as I was arriving after reception hours. Jasbir made the process so seamless. I was even offered a cheaper rate for a room that met all my needs. Room was clean, with a nice balcony, and bonus I had a kitchenette to cook my meals. I will be using AAA Mana Motel when my staff come down to Wellington for training. Thank you AAA Mana Motel.
Stayed this weekend. Not recommend. Not clean. Dog bones under couch. Dirty toilet. Needs bug bomb. Nice people. We should have been offered refund. Didn't use anything except the bed. Needs a complete overhaul.
Helped me out very late. Kind, understanding and certainly made sure I was comfortable. When he discovered I had not yet eaten dinner, he shared his with me. Could not praise his ethics higher. Room was well presented, and very clean. Fantastic service
Dirty, smelly. Thinking of staying here DONT. We cleaned everything in our room before using it. The heating was a small oil filled heater. No wifi unless you pay top dollar. No heated pool as advertised. Curtains must have been peed on by every dog that stayed there. Disgusting place.
Worst motel I’ve ever set foot in. People need to know that there are a lot of Winz people staying there and a few seem to be permanent. There is a lot of mould in the bathrooms. It is very surprising that they are still allowed to be open. The mould is a health hazard. The shower made you feel dirtier than before you get in it. The bathroom stunk. Absolutely disgusting. The duvet cover had terrible stains all over it. Hair under our pillows. We had to sleep with clothes over our pillows and in our own blankets. Debated sleeping the dogs in the motel and us sleeping in the car. Even then felt to dirty for the dogs. They also had no fire alarms!!!!! The iron was broken. The hair dryer was melted. Nothing is like what it shows online. The only positive is you are allowed your dogs in the motel and the man running it was lovely.
The place needs a major upgrade. Its cold, mouldy, smelly. I think they use this place for winz temporary placements. The TV was broken dodgy power points and lighting. The guy was nice and friendly and very apologetic. He did give us a full refund as we didnt want to stay there the night. Its a real shame as I think once upon a time it would of been really nice. The per night price was pretty high too.
Really bad place to stay! Rooms are full of mould and no fans in the bathrooms also has a bad small in the rooms to. The kitchen is really dated. The Heated Pool is not available in the winter. No Sky TV and very slow or stops altogether internet. Well not be coming back.
