They have good products, but their customer service is completely hopeless. couple of months back, me and my partner shopped almost more than $700 stuff from the store. The store was almost on closing hours. After the payment is done, the girl just handled the stuff in our hands with no bags nothing or even asking if we need anything to carry and giving a smile at her store manger- oh we don’t have bags. How do you expect us to carry that much stuff in our hands when it’s raining outside. One of the worst experiences I had with the staff.

After being a customer of Adairs for many years and receiving excellent customer service I’m disappointed to say that this was cut short after calling this store for some help locating an item that I was told was in stock there, the lady who took my call needs to attend a customer services refresher course as she was so rude and snappy and sighing when I asked questions about stock availability (isn’t this your job?), I get it’s Christmas and she’s no doubt busy but there’s no need to handle customers this way, it’s very off putting and lets the company down.

Good quality, but not much quilts paten variety. Maby victoria patterns or Japanese patterns and not in pink!!! It just would be nice to have different stils instead of plain fabric.

The most unhelpful shop assistant! I like their products but it’s not worth visiting the store coz they aren’t helpful. There is no point having a store if they don’t help customers.

The shop is lovely and have amazing quality items, the staff in the shop are great and so helpful. However if you ever need help from their online team they never seem to respond. Previously signed up to linen lovers and sent an email months ago in regards to how to connect it to my online account - NO REPLY. Bought an order online and previously added items to my account (same items to purchase) but when I went to check out and log in it automatically added the same items so ended up purchasing two of each which I didn’t get to see until paid.. emailed - NO REPLY. Items were sent days ago but the tracking numbers never seem to work, sent another email wonder if I’ll get a reply… Online services need to step up.

Don't know what is going on but sheets I bought on sale in January still haven't arrived...it's been nearly two months. Terrible communication from Adairs, they haven't responded to any emails except once to say 3 weeks later that there was a "technical issue" and they were just processing my order. Still no parcel and no response to further communication.
