   Terrible customer service, I had to wait around 40 minutes and no one attended to me. There was an Indian man in a white shirt who did not attend to me, who prefers to ignore me and other customers too, and he was standing there doing nothing! The owners should review how their employees treat their customers since I have been a customer of yours for years! And I noticed many customers in the same situation as me who preferred to leave because of the long wait, and the employees only started harassing the customers who were looking at appliances.

   Purchased a couch here recently - a big thank you to Lester and the team helped make this happen in a friendly and hassle free way. Lots of options in stores including customisable modulars and the price is competitive! Granted the delivery wait was long… but Lester helped us coordinate shipping ASAP and it was worth the wait!

   First up: The good. The staff are lovely and friendly and their customer service has been excellent in dealing with the issues we've had. The furniture looks nice and we have kept some of it. I do feel a little bad writing this review given their good handling of our situation, but I do think it's worth sharing. The bad: Their overseas furniture looks to be shipped over and then on from the warehouse to you. We had issues with delivery damage (chairs with broken legs, drawers with broken inners, scratches on things, etc.) and had a few rounds to get everything right. Then, one afternoon I sat down in a dining chair and it made a cracking sound. I'm nowhere near the weight limit of the chairs. The end result: We've had a full, hassle free refund for all the things we wanted to return. We've sent the dining furniture back and kept the bedroom furniture which is all fine now after replacements. Replacements were also well handled in a timely manner. Overall we're happy with the service, but not the quality of some of what we got. This review is limited to their overseas furniture though, can't comment on the NZ-made furniture (more expensive again, so likely better quality).

   It’s been 4 months and still waiting for our order to be delivered. No comms initiated by the store and when asked, not sure where the item is and when it will actually be delivered. We trusted their word and promise. Very disappointed. Thanks, for your response in this review. How come you are able to respond to this but haven’t called or sent us an email that 4 months has now changed to indefinite? You promised to call over and over but haven’t really called. Said you emailed but didn’t get it. The least you could have done is tell us you wouldn’t be able to deliver and cancel your hold on our credit card.
