Very efficient and professional. Although the showroom is small there is enough of a range to see the quality of product that they stock. I was specifically after gold colored tapware, single and double sinks to go into a high end granite bench top kitchen and landry fit out - while they didn't have on display exactly the model I was after, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional, had a brochure containing exactly what I was after, showed me material compositions and I was able to leave in very quick order happy knowing exactly what to order etc through the appropriate reseller.
