The staff are all kind, I regularly get to talk to them and have small conversations, out of all vape stores they are by far the most friendly and nice people I've met at a vape store, if they were hiring new employees I'd be trying my hardest to get a place there 10/10 best experience in over 1 year of going regularly
Excellent customer service! always greeted with a smile , This is the only shop that sell the Pacha range of vape juice in The Hutt Valley area. Great range , and I come here frequently! Love the place
Absolutely amazing service from Jade, when I came in she knew exactly what juice I was talking about and even said she would continue to order it in for me to make sure I could always buy it from here! Favourite vape shop by far, and wonβt take my business anywhere else!
Sometimes when I go to this vape shop there is a really friendly man behind the counter and other times, like this occasion there is a down beat women with a really negative energy... Who happened to roll her eyes at me after asking a simple question. What the heck is that about? Really makes me hate going in there, but I do like the juice.
Good little store , unfortunately couldnt find what i needed here due to being a small store and was told majority is found online only but they have a good variety .
Catching the store open is harder and harder. Closed at random times the times posted on the door don't match Google
Good store, friendly staff and good range. Unfortunately you never know if they are open or when staff will be back from lunch. 45 minutes so far standing outside... Very frustrating.

Henri, what a legend! Went in not knowing how to refit my coil and he guided me through it! Also provided awesome information on different types of juice; freebase and salts. I think it's important to add he helped me with info on how to reduce my nicotine intake which is one of my goals. All in all I left feeling well treated, well informed and confident about vaping. Will be back to try Simply E-liquid for my next juice!
