Very happy with my visit! The store was clean, the staff were kind, and they knew everything about coils, mods, and vape juice. Definitely one of the best vape shops in the Wellington area.
I don't go to the Lower Hutt store often as in the past I've found the staff moody, unhelpful and generally felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I visited earlier this week however and a lovely young woman served me - she was incredibly helpful and friendly. These five stars are for her, she makes the store a much more appealing place to visit. As for the store itself, I found everything I needed. Came away very happy.
Just got some incense but the loveliest young man working there. Long hair tied up. Might be Indian or arab just to distinguish who. Very friendly happy and great for business!
The experience was so damn amazing. We were served by Ankit and omg his was brilliant with customer service his good with people he know exactly what were looking for and he was just amazing. Sometime it hard to come across people like him in terms of serving others. Just thought to let the whole world know
Over priced, average product quality and most times were dismissive towards us.

I bought a vape here 5 months ago. Theyβre not stocking the replacement coils for it any more. And they still have the vapes on display! Staff are disinterested to the point of rudeness.
The staff are great, however the product isn't, vapes are useless and faulty and when you return them they do not refund the whole amount even within 7days had faults on day 1 was advised to come back next week and only received a part refund as the pods are not covered ummm the whole this was faulty, just go to Cosmic next door
If you want to compete with the new shop next door I would suggest hiring staff with actual customer service skills and retail experience.. sluggishly walking over, yawning, no greeting and watching a YouTube video on your phone while serving a customer isn't it. Yes I'm talking about you, tall guy with dark hair and white converse.. only giving two stars cause the usual people on are really great and helpful
