Pathetic customer servic, just keeps customer on waiting, now it's been multiple times I faced this behavior. The owner is extremely rude and doesn't treat all customers equal which is shockingly ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend them at all....... Plz send your prescriptions to other pharmacy if you want a good experience.
Vesna is the best pharmacist I've ever come across, her knowledge is extraordinary and her advice is always heartful and honest as we are a family! Nothing is ever too hard for Vesna and her staff, everytime I pick up a prescription here I know I couldn't possibly get better service anywhere else! 5 stars pharmacist!

I went there this morning to ask for a repeat prescription for my wife. I got a very rude person, I think she is the boss there . She was not friendly at all, very abrupt and had a very cross face on her. When I received the repeat perscription she did not even look at me or was nice at all. She treated me like dirt. They also charge more for non funded items and over the counter items compared to other chemists. Avoid this un friendly place. Shop around there far friendlier and more co operative chemists at a better price too. Bad news North Care Parmacy. Try and get a Bedside manner for your paying customers.

It is not often you find such professionalism combined with friendly helpful service. They go out of their way to find solutions, answer questions and make sure you have the information you need to feel confident with your medicine. Added to that they remember people's names!! Thank you to Vesna for being so patient and helpful. Mum is at a retirement village nearby and I have found the Northcare Pharmacy ladies to be thoughtful patient and kind. They go out of their way to get prescriptions filled for my mother who is often very confused and unsure about whether or not she even has medication to pick up from the pharmacy. Thank you ladies for your kindness to my very elderly mum.

Excellent advice from Vesna, great DEALS when you butter up Elaine. Can highly recommend this Pharmacy for anyone looking for personal friendly service that goes beyond the norm.
My wife and I have been clients for many years. The staff are friendly and efficient. Often they are very busy with little time to chat, they always make time for a joke and a laugh. The service is tops. I always find them to be two lovely ladies.
