Convenient location. Most of the pharmacists are friendly and professional. However, the tall pharmacist with a beard has consistently seemed disengaged and doesn’t acknowledge customers, myself included. This wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, and I’ve noticed similar interactions with other customers as well. Today, when I came in to enquire about a vaccine, he saw me waiting at the counter then looked down, and started talking to his colleague instead. I had to get their attention myself. Fortunately, his female colleague was professional and friendly, which I really appreciated.
