   Absolutely disgusted with the service I didn't receive at Guardian Pharmacy Whangaparaoa Road. When having my medication posted to this pick up point, on arrival I was questioned "what is it" and "how long are you taking it" Very personal questions in regards to my health which I didn't feel comfortable answering infront of strangers/pharmacists inside of the chemist. These questions I found totally inappropriate, I refuse to engage with this service again.

   Older lady that works here is incredibly rude, been here twice in the past week, both experiences she speaks to you like you’re an inconvenience and are troubling her. Horrible, I won’t be coming back.

   I have to go chemist everyday. And weather I am first in the door or not I find everyone who walks in prior gets served. And owner has been rude to me several times infront of other customers and it’s embarrassing enough I have to be monitored for 3 minutes when I take medication. It’s almost feels personal. I’ll go around the corner and will to sure to change as soon as possible. The owner absolutely rude and never apologised when he was educated by a Dr about waiting for 3 minutes not 10 which he asked me too he did not acknowledge his mistake. I politely said I can’t wait ten minutes and rudely and loudly said well don’t come back. I have been nothing but pleasant and because I am on a controlled drug I believe he looks down on me. Bad attitude I really would make the effort to go around the corner.

   This pharmacy may be small but they are full of heart! The team here will go above and beyond for their regular customers and this is something that I value highly. Just this week I've even had someone offer to bring my prescription to my home. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

   The frontline staff are very lovely and great to deal with here! However, I will not use this pharmacy again due to the attitude and way I was spoken to, by the foreign female pharmacist the last time I was there. That day, I was so stressed about other things and you took me to a point where I could have given you a real nasty piece of my mind, but I turned the other cheek cos I was not going to bring myself to your level! You need a degree in Customer Service and if you don’t like talking to people politely and respectfully, then don’t!!!

   The regular ladies are lovely, however, the manager (think his name was Ahmed) was quite unpleasant to be around. Dismissive attitude to his customers, and a nasty attitude towards his own staff makes for an unpleasant atmosphere that I will avoid in future by instead visiting another nearby pharmacy. Edit in response to owners response: Hi there. Firstly, in no part of my original review did I say that this interaction happened in the last couple of days, thus your questioning over the authenticity of this review is invalid. Furthermore, putting my name in quotation marks like that is highly condescending, and will only serve to reinforce the truthful view that your attitude towards your paying customers is one of contempt. In future, I'd recommend that you respond to negative feedback with an attitude of caring, honesty, and self-improvement. It's painfully obvious when a business owner or manager blames everyone else for their own shortcomings, and as they say "if everywhere you go smells bad, maybe it's time you check your shoes".    Had passport photos taken today and my partners one wasn't sufficient for the online application. Just called to see if we can get it redone and Ahmed was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me while I was asking him another question. He was also quite rude to his colleague who was taking the photos today. Not impressed! Edit: I appreciate your response and 100% understand your closing time is 7pm (I called at 6:34pm and we only live down the road) - that's not the issue. You may not have meant to be rude but it came across that way, I was mid sentence asking if we would be charged again when I was hung up on.
