   Hello, If you are a person of colour , particularly Asian, I advise against visiting this particular pharmacy. I stopped by to pick up a few items before the new year :) A woman approached us and asked if we needed assistance; we replied "no" as we were simply browsing, wanting to ensure we chose the right items and compare our options. However, she refused to leave us alone, making the experience quite uncomfortable. I want to emphasise that we had absolutely no intentions of stealing. When I made my way to the register to pay for my items (I hadn't completed my shopping due to the uncomfortable feeling of being watched and followed), I felt it was odd. If I require assistance, I will ask for it.

   Walked in to have my shingles vaccine. No appointments needed for vaccines. Friendly and polite team. Pharmacist who administered my vaccine was very pleasant and kind. While waiting for the 20 minutes post vaccine observation, I saw several customers, young and old, walk in. They treated their customers so well, always pleasant with a smile. This will now be my go to pharmacist. Thank you for your great service.

   Went in this morning to get my 5 year old daughter’s ears pierced. Was a wonderful experience they told when to come back so that another staff member was there so they could do both ears at the same time. The side room had lots of kids pictures and a cuddly toy for her to hold. Highly recommend

   Always great service whenever I come in here. A staff member will always greet me when I walk in and ask if I need any help, and someone is always available to assist me when needed. I usually go in for perfumes and the staff are nothing but patient and helpful with recommendations.

   A lovely store with discerning, helpful, efficient and understanding staff. It's so reassuring to receive genuine support and care from knowledgeable pharmacists/technicians, who are prepared to give you their time. This is no 'generic' operation! You are treated as an individual with dignity and respect. Retail staff too are friendly and helpful. Aside from collecting occasional prescriptions, I find the 'over-the-counter' products varied and appropriate, plus gift ideas are tasteful. As well, I have recently had vaccines performed here, along with passport photo. Ear piercings and blood pressure checks are also available here. Trust me ... it's a 'one-stop-shop'! Thanks to the lovely team at Life Pharmacy NorthWest! It's always a pleasant experience to visit your store and I look forward to popping in for my next pharmacy requirements :)

   Not a pleasant retail experience I just wanted to look around asked first time if I needed help no thank you I'm just looking from then I'm watched like a hawk and made to feel very uncomfortable 5 mins later staff member who hasn't stopped watching me the whole time asks is there something in particular you are looking for it put me off completely and made me feel like if I wasn't there for something specific then why was I there I replied no you've already asked me and I've already told you I'm just looking I felt really judged borderline profiled and so uncomfortable that I left straight after that it was too much and not a nice feeling at all shop has some nice things though from what I saw briefly would have been nice to be able to take my time to look around
