   Booked a vaccination online for my one year old a few days ago. When we arrived, we were told they don’t vaccinate babies. Not blaming the pharmacist, but I wish they told us earlier, as the information should have been available through the booking system. It ended up being a waste of time.

   I was very disappointed at not being able to exchange some perfume with a proof of payment. Ridiculous after 7 days the Consumer Guarantee Act to a customer no longer applies. Very apologetic.Quite happy to blame head office but no backbone for customers

   Would love a low sensory hour for folk that are Neuro divergent, have sensory challenges or just elderly and don't want to listen to the dance music , have a look at your typical demographic in Milford Mall, what radio station if any do they want. Its already a highly visually stimulating environment. Thursday (pension day) would be a good choice. Otherwise the pharmacy staff are top notch, so helpful.

   Wonderful experience in CW Milford today. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming. Melanie went out of her way to retrieve a product from the storeroom. Interacted with two other staff and cashier who couldn't have been more helpful. I spent double than what I came in for due to the helpfulness of the staff. Well done and thank you for your impeccable service.

   Chemist warehouse Milford is a fantastic resource, huge range of products and unlike any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The most important aspect for me is the amazing pharmacist. Taymoor is super professional, friendly, helpful and really goes out of his way to make sure you feel informed and safe. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

   Wow what a different atmosphere shopping at the New Milford Chemist Warehouse. I wish I had taken the name of the gentleman at the pharmacist counter as well as the 2 lovely sales lady that helped my daughter and I. These members were extremely helpful in giving us information about products and offered up a variety to choose from. They took the time to explain why certain products were better than others and were clearly not price driven. I cannot stress enough how grateful my daughter and I were receiving the most amazing and compassionate service. It was evident these wonderful staff members are focused on customer care and wellbeing. For the store... it is really neat and tidy ...the only down side is like other Chemist Warehouse's the store layout can be quite tricky in the sense where some products are not where you would expect them to logically be.. for example NOT keeping all baby, maternity and or breast feeding products within the same proximity can make it harder to locate the items, this may be a marketing strategy...., However this is where staff presence make up for that little inconvenience.

   I bought an eye lash curler that warmed (battery operated). It stopped working after 2 weeks. I went to return it and explained that I had no receipt because it HAD worked, now it is not. The manager asked me to find the bank transaction. Due to it being at another location (30+ min away) he wouldn't exchange the product for me. VERY poor service.
