   I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Browns Bay store. The staff member treated me with clear disrespect and a negative attitude. She asked me to hand over each item one by one for scanning, and then told me to push my basket “to where it should belong”—something I have never been asked to do at any other Chemist Warehouse location. What upset me the most was the difference in treatment: I observed that other white customers were served politely and professionally, while I—an Asian customer—was treated with rudeness and no basic courtesy. I have every reason to believe this was a case of racial discrimination. I raised this issue with store management, but their explanation was unsatisfactory and avoided the core issue. Their response tried to downplay what happened as a “misunderstanding,” which only added to my frustration. I spent over $200 across two Chemist Warehouse locations that day. I did not expect to be treated as if I was a burden or unwelcome. As a loyal customer, I find this behavior unacceptable. I hope Chemist Warehouse takes real accountability and addresses racial bias within its staff. No one should be made to feel this way, ever.

   I recently had a very bad experience at this pharmacy. Due to gestational diabetes, I need to take insulin regularly in the third trimester, which is very important for the health of the fetus. However, I went to this pharmacy to ask for it for 4 consecutive days, and they kept saying that they didn't have it. For this reason, I contacted the diabetes nurse and doctor. The doctor said that all the injection prescriptions had been transferred to this pharmacy a month ago, and yesterday the doctor specifically called to remind a male clerk in the pharmacy. The clerk told the doctor that he would call me to apologize and notify me to pick up the medicine. However, from yesterday afternoon to this afternoon, no one in the pharmacy called or sent a text message to notify me to pick up the medicine. At this time, I have been out of medicine for 3 days, which means that for patients with gestational diabetes, it may harm the fetus in my belly! This afternoon I came to this pharmacy again to ask, and at first they still said that they didn't have any! Later, I asked them to check carefully, and it took 45 minutes to find it. I finally got the medicine that should have been given to me three days ago with great difficulty! The clerk had no intention of apologizing, and his words were arrogant and indifferent! I have a shadow on this pharmacy and don't want to go to this pharmacy again in the future. (ps:I feel uneasy about the level of professionalism at the pharmacy counter in this store）
