   DONT PURCHASE HERE. Just go other brunch Worst experience. I purchased a $450 Christmas gift and asked about the expiry date. I was told to “check ChatGPT,” even though there was no expiry date shown on the packaging. When I asked for a paper bag, I was also asked to pay for it. Compared to other branches, this location was far less helpful and accommodating. No thank you, or a smile face. I was served by Rissa with rude attitude.

   RUDE Indial woman Counter staff. She was serving us and whilst I was counting my money she suddenly disappeared to serve the people behind me. Very rude. I told her she was rude for buggering off without saying a thing but then told me I was rude... lol? Not sure if its an indian thing buy Emir whatever her name was...was very assuring she was on the right. I had to wait until sje finished serving the lady behind us and it wasnt even a busy night.

   My trust in this store has been seriously damaged due to repeated issues with missing medications. On one visit, an entire pack that should have been included was not given to me and the problem was completely denied. During a later visit, I received less than half of the required amount of the same medication, and again I was told the store ‘does not make mistakes,’ despite this being a special medication. I strongly advise customers to check their medications at the counter, as once you leave the store it becomes impossible to prove anything was missing.

   Bought a big bottle of Cetaphil Cleanser from the Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall. When I opened it, inside it's full of black gooey sticky thing which is so disgusting. I brought it back to the store. They reject to replace it or refund because the purchase was over 3 days, although the expiry date of the big bottle is 03/2027. They even told me to go ahead and complain wherever I want to. It's just pathetic. Will never go there shopping again. I have to throw away the 1L Cleanser which costs $30. The Chemist Warehouse in Milford mall is so much better. Originally I thought I bought it from there. I went there and told them the product is faulty. They were very helpful. They spent 15 minutes to go through all the transactions patiently but didn't find that purchase record. That's when I realised that I actually bought it from the one in Glenfield mall.

   Good service, especially from their store manager. The chemist warehouse’s online booking system for this year’s (2023) flu vaccine was a joke, displaying all sorts of error messages. After telling the store manager, he really did follow up and helped us sort out the problems we encountered. Although there were numerous delays but we eventually did get what we needed.

   Something weird is going on there with online orders. Website saying Available, you order it, Then it’s in processing, After it’s cancelled as unavailable. So recommend to check stock and display it correctly on website. Same thing happened when ordered from Wairau branch. Not happy at all.

   I had issues getting 3 months of repeated prescriptions transferred to here over a month ago as the dispensary department kept saying nothing came through. I wanted my prescription done here because the Asian pharmacist said I could get it $5 cheaper than the local pharmacy's price of $90. I went back to get a top-up yesterday; not only they’ve cut down the quantity of my medication to 21/30 without informing me why, but they also charged me $89, more than the discounted “cheaper prescription” price I paid for a month ago. I have been a customer of Life Pharmacy for over 15 years, never had an issue with any of mine or my family’s medications. We won't be going back here for a prescription again. To cut down the quantity of medication and charge more than the original price is fraudulent, dishonest and absolutely disgusting. If being deceitful is your approach to getting customers, the locals will be happy to see you go.

   Edit: After making this review and going back to chemist again, the same lady's customer service had definitely improved and she's way more kinder now. Upping my rating from a 3 to a 4. Getting products from this store is great and all but the customer service is kinda awful, most of the time i get served by this lady with a hijab and eye makeup and she's extremely rude for no reason. Her face is extremely judgmental, there's no kindness in any of their tones when they serve you for at least a few minutes and they just want you gone in a second. Like please teach some of your staff to be kinder
