   Helen always delivers exceptional service — she is knowledgeable, attentive, and greets customers with a warm smile every time. I truly enjoy shopping here. Her two colleagues are also very helpful and provide great service. I will happily recommend this store and its wonderful team to my friends. The store manager is friendly and welcoming as well. Highly recommended!

   I bought two hairbrushes and was clearly walking out after paying, yet the female staff member at the entrance still stopped me and demanded a receipt. Even the customer behind me said I had already paid, but she still made me go back. The counter staff never told me I needed to take a receipt. If you visit this store, make sure you always take your receipt. I felt humiliated and completely disrespected, and I will never return.

   I visited this Chemist Warehouse location recently and was quite disappointed. There were a couple of staff members just standing around in a group talking, completely ignoring customers. It felt unprofessional and made it hard to find assistance when needed. I understand people need to communicate at work, but not at the expense of customer service. Hopefully management addresses this so other shoppers don’t have the same experience.

   Dispensary staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, they have a new service where they can prescribe for minor ailments free prescriptions so instead of going to to the doctors I saved time and money and I came here straight. The blonde girl Mag is so knowledgeable such an expert more helpful than my GP

   Open hours listed on Web: 8:00am - 9:00pm I am near the store at 8:12am, it still closed. 3 young shop assistants patiently waiting opside for the manager to arrive. I expected better performance from well known brand. 8:13am, manager arrived

   Was about to go into the store when we noticed some friends outside and stopped to have a chat, only to have your stores @$shole security guard come up to us and tell us that he could hear us talking and it was effecting his ability to do his job and asking us to move. I suggest you relieve this guy from his job immediately. Never going near your store again. This happened 3rd June around 3.00pm.
