   My sister and I were on the search for a nice whiskey, stopping by regional wines to find one. When asking for some advice we meet Kelsey. She was incredibly helpful and lovely to chat to. She offered us whiskey tastings and shared her excellent expertise and gift wrapping skills hehe. It’s people like her that make purchases like these so smooth and easy. Excellent customer service, looking forward to coming back again :)

   Amazing that they have Belgian beer! As a Belgian, my heart skipped a beat when I saw the selection that they have. They even have Trappist beers, cherry beer and my favourite Straffe Hendrik from Bruges.

   Visit Wellington regularly for work and just found this place a couple of weeks ago. OMG!!! Beats any place in Sydney for belgian beers hands down. Can't believe i have been coming to Welly for years and haven't found this place. Must visit if you like beer, wine or spirits.

   Amazing range but waaay more expensive than other stores. I paid (what I later found) to be 35% more than the same product at the most expensive store elsewhere. Shocked. Bought 12 ouzo for 78.99 at 'Regional wines" when the cheapest you can get it is online for 44.99 from 'Whisky and more'. Suffice to say I would only go back for something I couldnt find elsewhere. Buyer beware.

   I cannot speak to the in-store experience as I purchased online. The selection is excellent though as someone who trains customer service professionals for a career, I would say my online shopping experience could've been better. I was asked to pay more for shipping after my purchase which I was more than willing to do. However the communication I received was quite unprofessional and unhelpful that it resulted in me getting a refund. The individual I dealt with was seemingly uncaring about making a sale or not. Obviously my purchase doesn't make a big difference to the business but very unusual to be treated with such disregard.

   Best bottle store in the city. Maybe country? Maybe world! Do you like sour beer? I do. So does Regional Wines. They label the sours in the vast kaleidoscopic beer chiller. To make it easy for the fiends like me to seize upon our saliva gland-assaulting heroes.
