Friendly service. There was a gentleman in there who I think may have been the manager who I wish I picked his brain around wine ! Oh well next time . Overall great range
I am a regular customer here for my weekly top up of the amber bead. There are a couple of handy parking spots. The staff are unfailingly helpful and cheerful and I've got to know them quite well.

Wow! What a team! I just ordered a case of champagne for my son to celebrate exam success and a new job. I’m based int he UK. The team turned it round within the day and delivered themselves - with gift wrap and card!! I’ve used them 7/8 times and never been disappointed - worst case scenario is when the drinks I want are in Auckland and you have to await couriers. Recommended without hesitation.
A great selection of "happy hour" libations. The staff were ably assisted by a more knowledgeable gentleman who could tell me if they had my requests and where to find it. You are a genius Sir. I found these 2 incredible jewels which I'm enjoying as we speak. Thank you Glengarry for elevating my weekend!

They’ve lost the plot big time. Had a delivery; it was corked. Emailed them and received an immediate response saying they would follow-up. Never heard from them again. Placed another order and received an acknowledgement. Then nothing. Called them and was told “customer service aren’t taking calls at the moment, send an email”. Send email; no reply. Check order status to find it says “store pick-up” despite a delivery fee showing on the paperwork. Still no delivery but I’ve noticed my card hasn’t been charged. Clearly they do not want my business.
Great variety and good value. I went here to find an obscure single malt for a recent festive occasion and I was definitely not disappointed. There's not much dedicated parking, but it's not really a problem as the main road outside usually has doors available, especially when leaving town on the way home. At this end of town, it's the only place with the variety I want when looking for a gift.
If planning a party or starting a wine cellar, begin here. A much broader selection of wines from every far reach on NZ and long across the world, you’ll expand your reach quickly. Bubbles is very affordable, especially ahead of the Christmas buzz - and even includes several Zero Dosage / Brut Naturel options for the sugar free. Head further down the back to find excellent ranges and qualities of wines chilled for drinking or stowed for impending cellaring. Then as you round on the till marvel at the spirits collections with vast ranges of whisky (slightly more expensive than you’ll find online) but with exotic options like Thompson’s White Malt whisky in tasting size. Not sure there was a beer section - regardless, it was refreshing for a Wellington establishment to focus on wine over crafts beers. Go here and plan on taking your time!
