Highly recommend this business. I bought an air rifle from Will. Due to a fault he replaced the gun with a new and better model. No charge and great service.

This guy shouldn't own a shop in nz I hear he still won't give any help with faulty products he's selling just says you broke it small shop but no good would just go for a drive and goto gun city hard to support local with wills mint gun not a scratch but apparently trashed as he stated and nothing to do with him seems to be a problem with this shop hasn't been 10 years but Sweet its been In draw since you told me I was to hard on it was when you were in kumeu that's probably why no warranty offered just say you can't remember good job you a joke and have the same response for everyone
First time actually going in as I wasn't working. Lots of variety of goodies for sale, alot of the stuff there are very decently priced not rip off like many large chain retailers. Others on par bit didn't see anything that's over priced, if you are into hunting n fishing this shop is def worth the stop n looking at before you go anywhere else. You might just find what you need n not go further.
Over priced. But u guess when your the only fishing shop in the area you can increase the price. For where it is they do have decent stock. The guy there I'm guessing was Will was very rude when we went there to get some sinkers
This broke on first use leaving a part stuck in my barrel. Had to then remove this. Asked for a refund but was told there is nothing they can do as I had thrown the faulty product away in frustration. I do not recommend this product as too cheaply made to work once, let alone reliably and therefore not fit for use. Also disappointed in the customer support. The decent thing to do would be to look after your customer and offer a refund. 101 customer service really.
Got my rifle scope changed over and sighted in here for only $10 really respectfully priced.. great to see a little shop like this, hopefully they're doing well. Heaps of products for sale everything you could need for hunting etc loads of second hand guns. Very friendly staff
These people are great to deal with and exactly what I like about a New Zealand small business, easy to talk to on the phone, they know their products well, patient and efficient. Not to mention the best deals you can find for Ridgeline products. Highly recommended !!
