   We had a tour with Anadu (Andrew) to Taupo. This trip was just amazing! He actually showed us a few spots more then advertised and could tell us so much about Maori culture and the nature of New Zealand. I can just highly recommend taking this trip it was worth every penny and I would definitely consider doing it again on another holiday!

   I did the Hobbiton & Waitomo tour with FlexitoursNZ. Chris was our guide and he was fantastic. I really liked his sense of humour. Throughout the journey he kept us engaged and shared a lot of facts about New Zealand. I loved the intermediate stops, especially the one at Arapuni suspension bridge. He also gave tips on where to sit on the Hobbiton tour bus and made sure we boarded the bus first. Had a lovely time at the Waitomo Caves too. Given that they're flexible about the pick up and drop off point, I'd highly recommend them for any tours they offer.

   We had a great trip last Saturday at Hobbiton and Rotorua. Edson was a great tour guide. He was patient in answering my eldest daughter's endless questions. My youngest daughter still laughs when she remembers Edson's "magic trick." Thanks for making our trip to Auckland a great one, Edson! ☺️

   Highly recommend this company. Did a day trip with them from Auckland CBD to Hobbiton and Rotorua. They were incredible- everyone from the Director to the drivers to the guides was really accommodating and friendly. Tours were great too. They also picked us up and dropped us off at our accommodations if we were in the CBD.

   This is an overdue review for a 3 day tour we did with flexi in the beginning of July. All the communication with Philipa was done by email and she figured exactly what we wanted to see and made the tour into more than I expected. Her communication was superb, clear and very quick even with the time difference. We wanted to see some site in and around Rotorua but the tour ended up showing us more than I expected. We were 8 people and we had our own bus and our driver, Rebecca was wonderful throughout the trip. She answered all our questions and explained a lot to us about New Zealand and herself. She was generous with the information and philipa was always an email away if we needed to add anything or to inquire about anything. We will definitely be back to New Zealand and I hope we can see more with flexi tours.

   Our trip with FlexiTours was great. We went to Hobbiton and Rotorua. They try to be flexible with peoples’ schedule to the best they can. There was a lot of vehicle changes to accommodate for that. We were happy because we didn’t have to worry about logistics, they handled that for us. It was a wonderful experience. The best part of the trip that left the biggest impact for my group and I was our driver Edson! He was the nicest and down to earth person I have ever met in my entire life. I hope he continues to be able to brighten up others’ days. It was a pleasure to meet Edson and experience the tours with Flexi Tours.

   We had an amazing tour with Chris to Hobbiton, Rotura, & the Waitomo Caves and would highly recommend it to future travelers. Chris was so friendly and knowledgeable and we learned a ton about the rich history of New Zealand and the culture of the original Maori people. Its was such a great way to explore the northern island in one day. Book the tour!

   Philippa planned the best two days for us in Rotorua New Zealand. The vans were beautiful, clean, drove nicely and our drivers Vic and Dallas were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We went to Hobbiton, Te Puia, Mitai, Canopy Zipline, The Polynesians spa, and glowworm caves. Philippa organized everything so that we did not have to worry about getting from activity to activity and we did not feel rushed at all. She even arranged a stay at the Jet Park hotel which was lovely. Do not hesitate to book with FlexiTours they will plan the perfect vacation for you based on your needs.
