Very good service, I always communicated by email, they have responded quickly, and resolved my doubts. They did a very good job of searching for my trip, it is not an expensive service, you just have to explain very well the needs and dates available for the trip, since in my own experience, if one says from a certain date, they only search in that date and not the days after. Maybe you can get cheaper prices by searching for tickets yourself, but they save you a lot of time and headache searching for yourself, and giving you several options to choose from.
