Beyond useless. Totally screwed every flight. Sorted things out directly with Air NZ only to have Tadem go in and mess that up as well. Avoid at all costs. I was forced to use by corporate - never in a million years would I ever choose to use them personally.
Communication amongst the team is zero. Don't bother using their service just book on Air NZ website much much easier.
Extremely hard to deal with. Always need to chase up a voucher by calling them quite a few times to get. Never had any issues with other travel agents.
Tandem Travel charged my credit card over 1000NZ$ without any reason, I don't even know how they got access to my card details. Phone support says write us an email but the company does not respond. Basically no customer support and very sketchy behaviour. Be extremely careful when dealing with this company. I am forced to find a way to get my money back without their support.

Used Tandem Travel to arrange our flights. Absolutely below par experience. Called and spoke to a helpful enough lady at 1130am to postpone our fully flexi flights to a later flight. Absolutely no problem apparently. Lady says do u want a copy of updated itinerary emailed thru i said yes. Got her to ready out email address which was correct. No email turns up but have been assured flights have been transferred. Turn up at airport 20mins for check in and as still no email with uldated itineary Air Nz cant work put what's happening so they put us on a yet later flight and witha 5 month old baby this wasnt very enjoyable. Just another much up by Tandem travel. Sort it out.
Useless! No luck on their "after hours urgent hotline" (waited 20 minutes no response). They don't make it easy to check in online to AirNZ, which means that even if you get to the ticket counter 15 minutes before your flight. Sorry, no luck, because Tandem has overlooked something so absolutely simple, you're not able to get on your flight.
