Since I relied on the google reviews here, I think I have to write mine even though I am reluctant to write reviews on anything. I hate giving people bad feedback but I have to. I came for milia treatment under my eyes. The first thing was, I have syringomas, not milia, but that is what I learnt only after having a lamprobe. When I came in, the lady, Donna, if I remember correctly, said quickly that they are milia and can be treated easily with lamprobe. When I learnt the fact later on, I realized how unprofessional she was. The second thing, the treatment I booked was for 15 minutes but she did it for only 5 minutes and left a lot of untreated part, saying that I have to come back. OK, that made me a little bit suprised but I thought that she is professional, and if she did like that, it may be because it will be counter-effective if she's overdone it. However, after 2 weeks, when the treated part should be healed, the problem under my eyes are getting worse instead. Tons of other syringomas popped up, it is 3 times worse than what I had before. I still trusted them that time though, so I called, I sent photos with my current update, waiting for their responses. But it must be 2 months already, I haven't heard any thing yet. So, all I can say is not only how unprofessional and lack of knowledge they are but also the bad customer service they have. I hope that I can give others some objective views if they consider similar treatments.
This place is my little heaven. I recommend indulgence. So relaxing. Staff are very helpful ,professional and friendly. The rooms are warm and clean also tastefully decorated.
