   I had an average experience here a few weeks ago. I booked the skin cult initiation and their winter deal (30 min treatment and 30 min massage). I had the initiation which was somewhat interesting, the therapist showed me my photos and told me some stuff about my skin (although I don't remember most of it now), and filled out a form for me while asking questions. She also told me most the products i currently use were wrong for me but not really why ("they make your skin confused"), she did grudgingly approved of one product I used because it was a good brand. I then had the facial treatment which was very nice. The massage was a bit of a problem, she has someone else lined up to do it but they were late so after waiting 15 min my original therapist did it even though she also told me she was injured and shouldn't be doing massage which made me a bit worried all though the massage. After the treatments she lined up the products she used and I did buy one of them. She then told me she'd be in contact with all my details from the skin initiation. A few days later I got a notification from the Fresha app (their online booking system) that i had a document waiting, I looked, and it was the form she had filled out when she asked me questions, with my answers, and the products recommended as a new skincare routine. However I have none of the information written down to tell me about my skin needs, it only has product recommendations. And of the products recommended on the form, only 3 were those the therapist talked to me about, the other 3 had not been mentioned (and in fact she has spoken to me about a completely different cleanser to the one on the form). So I am left a bit confused to be honest. Is this the norm? It certainly didn't make me feel I know anything more about my skin, and I feel the initiation was not helpful for me at all. I had expected I might get some sort of analysis of the photos in writing, perhaps that's not what they do? I did think the facial was very nice though, will likely go back for another, just maybe with a different therapist. I also was meant to get a discount voucher thought following an Instagram ad link but the link wasn't working, I emailed and the support team did send me the voucher to use next time, so 5* service from them, thanks

   Lovely staff, genuine advice on skin treatments and well looked after by experienced skin therapists. I've joined Skintopia after a bad experience with another beauty clinique and Madison made feel completely comfortable and greatly cared for from day one. Can only recommend this Clinique!

   I love Skintopia in Khandallah, it’s such a cool, welcoming and warm place. I have been dealing with Hayley and she is amazing!! Really knows her stuff, great at outlining your options and most importantly listening to your needs so that she can come up with the best possible solutions for you and your skin. But as well as that, super approachable and friendly. I can’t see myself going anywhere else now when I need a bit of pampering and skincare, you really can’t go wrong with this place!

   This spa is absolutely gorgeous, you won’t know you’re in the suburbs once you’ve walked through the door. Hayley has been my go to for many, many years. She’s efficient, does an incredible job & has a beautiful personality. I couldn’t recommend Skintopia Khandallah more highly!
