Highly recommend this place. Able to get an appointment on short notice. Have been seeing TJ for a couple of running related injuries and he has been absolutely fantastic. Really appreciate your time and service TJ ! Receptionists are also always very helpful and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else now.

Bjorn is an amazing sports Physio, had an issue with right shoulder since a child. And now with hitting the 30s my shoulder decided to kick the bucket, which involved going back and forwards with docs, specialists etc hence becoming quite depressed my shoulder was going to be injured permanently. After being to numerous Physios my whole life, he has been first one to work with the specialist so assist in me managing my shoulder. It took time, but he would refer me to the specialist when needed and after some time we finally figured out the cause and setup a plan on how I can mange it if it flares up. He works with you on what works, and if u find something that helps you tag team ideas to get a solution that works. Honestly can't recommend him enough and gutted I now live on other side of town so isn't as easy to get out his way.
Jody McGowan has given me the tools to manage my rehabilitation. She has been both encouraging and motivating in the goals she has set for me, and is great to work with. I highly recommend Jody and Kinetics without reservation.
Brent at Kinetics has been nothing short of a miracle worker with me. He has been highly professional and patient. He has been an expert with my frozen shoulder. A perfect combination of soft tissue massage, manipulation, stretch and strengthening exercises. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.
