   I booked an appointment at Jean Jacques to try out a new salon while shopping around different locations in Wellington; safe to say, I'll be staying with Jean Jacques for the forseeable future. Kayla was my stylist, and I felt so comfortable and looked after, she provided a professional and welcoming experience, and I haven't been as happy with a haircut as I was after Kayla cut my hair. Highly recommended!

   Such a great experience, I went and saw Kayla, and she was incredible. Explained everything to me at the beginning and I just felt really looked after from start to finish! My hair is the best it’s ever looked and I feel amazing. I’m super happy that I’ve found my new salon :)

   I’ll never go anywhere else again!!! Kayla and the whole team at Jean Jacques are all so friendly & welcoming and they really listen to what you want and are trying to achieve. When I first showed up there, I had frustrating issues with; an oily scalp, useless grey coverage, brassy (& super quick) colour wash out and terribly thinning hair. Kayla formulated me a ‘miracle colour’ (which included some kinda blue & green stuff lol) that really holds in my hair, doesn’t wash out brassy at all and covers my greys awesomely! She found me some amazing treatments that have sorted my oily scalp & thickened my hair and even recommended a cut that suits my colouring & face shape way better than my old style. The salon is beautifully presented, the staff are all super friendly and professional, the coffee (& chocs) are great and the head massages are to die for! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

   Such a lovely experience – highly recommend! I had the absolute best experience at Jean Jacques Hair Design! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and looked after. A huge thank you to Kayla and Georgia—both were so warm, friendly, and incredibly talented. They really took the time to listen, made great suggestions, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I left feeling completely refreshed and absolutely loving my hair! The salon has such a nice, calm vibeand you can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their clients. If you’re looking for a salon with talented stylists who are also just genuinely lovely people, I couldn’t recommend Kayla, Georgia, and the team at Jean Jacques more. Already looking forward to my next visit!

   My hair was so thin and I just told Kris to make it look like I’ve got some volume on my hair. He did an amazing job and I’m very happy with his skill and service. Getting your hair washed by him is the lovely experience that I’ve got. I’ve bought some products that he recommended and hope it helps with my hair. I’ve brought my little one for a hair cut and he did it for free. I’m so shocked and don’t know what to say. Thank you so much, Kris. ❤️

   4.5 stars. I went to Jean Jacques Hair Design because my regular hair stylist was unavailable, and my regrowth needed a touch-up. I was very pleased that I went to Jean Jacques out of the handful hair salons I rang. Kayla, my hair stylist, was very pleasant. I could see that she is really passionate about hair and she loves what she does. The rest of the staff were quite nice too. I also liked the friendly vibe at this salon. I highly recommend Jean Jacques Hair Design.
