   First time getting highlights put in and Anne was great. Walked me through as she went along with the process and was talkative and friendly the entire time. Gave great advice for looking after it considering I lifeguard as a job. Will be back again, Thanks heaps!

   Fantastic little salon. I've been visiting here for a couple of years. Booking is always spot on, the haircuts have been perfect, and they are very reliable and affordably priced. We'll keep coming back here and drive across town, even though I work on the other side, to get a haircut.

   We have been coming here for 4 years now and every time we have been here we have had such awesome experiences and we've always left the salon so happy. Ann, Clara (I think her name is Clara, she is the lady of small build and brown longish hair) and Carmelita are always so incredibly welcoming and kind. The haircuts have always been a 10/10 too! Yesterday we came in as I booked online for both of my sons to get a haircut and we were told that they can't do their haircuts as Wednesday evenings are quiet evenings for adult clients - which was totally fine (this was my fault as I didn't check my email after I booked) But Carl said he could still cut one of their hairs. So he then proceeded to cut our son's hair but stopped halfway through because our son was crying and so my son then had to leave with a half unfinished haircut which was really disappointing because he had a prizegiving to go to that evening and we wanted his hair cut for his yearly photos but instead it looked like our 4 year old son himself cut his own hair. His hair looked so silly and we were so sad to have had to leave with his hair like that. Carl should have just told us that he can't cut their hair so we could've had time to go somewhere else to get it cut instead of cutting just some of it and then stopping half way through. He never suggested to us to come back to have it finished off, he just walked away. So we asked the lady at reception if we could come back tomorrow to have our son's hair cut finished off properly and as we were trying to book for us to come back in the next day the lady at reception (we are not sure what her name is but she wears glasses and is of large build) was so passive aggressive towards us and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we wanted to come back to get our son's half UNFINISHED haircut finished. She was so passive aggressively rude and we've never had such a bad experience with any of the other receptionists at salon villar before until her. Then today we came in to get his haircut finished and to get our other son's hair cut. Carl has cut our son's hair before in the past a few months ago and he did such a great job but this time he did a terrible job and our son's hair is all uneven in all different areas around his head and it is just not cut nicely at all to the point we've had to take him to another hair dresser and they asked who cut his hair because it was that obvious of a bad cut. Our other son got his haircut at salon villar today by Carmelita and it was absolutely awesome. She was so patient and kind and the cut is a 10/10! We are so disappointed over this whole experience and saddened because of this we will not be back. Also the other lady (I think her name is clara but I'm not 100% sure but she is the lady of small build and longish brown hair) she is so amazing and so kind. She made both of our sons so happy by interacting with them so sweetly and giving them a lolly pop.

   Calm atmosphere. Friendly team members. Appreciated the two hair salon apprentices. They did a fantastic job. I think it is important that apprentices and students gain hands-on experience. It'll help prepare them for the real working environment.

   I brought my 1 year old son in for his first haircut with Carl this morning & I am BEYOND happy with the service we received! The haircut was perfect (which I imagine is no easy feat when your client is a wriggly toddler!) & Carl was so lovely, personable & made his tiny client feel comfortable & at ease. Thank you for the wonderful service! We'll 100% be back for his future haircuts & recommending Carl & Salon Villair to our friends with young kids :)

   Just had my hair done by Ann and I absolutely love it! She’s done such a fantastic job of the cut and colour I couldn’t be happier. Such lovely staff and all round good vibes. Will definitely be back. Before and after - what a transformation!
