    Every time I come here I am treated with dignity and respect. Hannah the receptionist treats me like a friend. She always has a few minutes to chat. Both dental nurses also are warm and friendly . The dentist Mr Gee is kind , listens and explains the treatment well. He is prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that I am not in pain and feel comfortable. I love this dental practice.

    Do NOT recommend the dentist at all. Their treatment of me was absolutely disgusting and they damaged my tooth. The bullish, condescending receptionist, Hannah, tried to pull the, "Do not interrupt me when I am speaking" line, when she had interrupted my conversation plenty of times! Absolute hypocrite. In a face to face exchange, she also pulled faces at me, like an immature brat. The dentist is arrogant and dismissive. He gets agitated and talks down to you if you dare try to ask a question about the treatment he is doing to your teeth. Doesn't like his authority questioned and lacked accountability solving a serious problem he caused. I left that rigid and archaic practice. Best decision I could make, because they are a disgrace to the dentistry profession. The only professional and nice staff member there is the hygienist. She has always been a pleasure to deal with. But unfortunately she loses my business now, due to her disgracefully unprofessional colleagues.

    I've been going to Derek Gee for about ten years now. He is extremely gentle and does a really great job. He is very trustworthy. And the staff are all really friendly. I live in Auckland now and still book my appointments with him when I'm in Lower Hutt to visit family.
