Called New Year’s Eve morning about an issue with the drive belt, got seen at 10:30 the same day. They were polite, efficient, affordable, and overall I highly recommend. Was feeling stressed about having car trouble over the new year period, but they were really excellent and sorted everything out right away.

Not organized. Had to wait for 30mins just to know that I needed to reschedule for diagnostics. The guy/mechanic whom I talked with sounded arrogant and sarcastic too. Won’t go back.

I had a diagnostic and fix for an electrical fault the day after the fault. Was able to get car towed to the facility, and was fixed the following morning. The price was reasonable, I got a good explanation of the fault, & the whole experience was surprisingly quick and seamless. Was also able to get them on the phone which is rare. Great service.
Absolutely amazing service, I got quoted $3000 by Motor doctors in Ngaio brought it into these guys and they did everything for $500, super friendly service really felt like he cared about providing an honest and fair service to customers, he’s got a loyal customer in me now, 100% recommend these guys to anyone
Best mechanic I've ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for Rudi. He knows what he is doing. His charges are very reasonable. Been going to him for many years for our three cars. Wish there were more people in NZ like him with that can do attitude. Also much better than those big car companies where you have to book online, get a multitude of emails and surveys afterwards and who charge like a wounded bull.
