good friendly staff. they always say hi and how are you. they always check if you have an account and make it really does quick to log your purchase. im usually in and out in 3-5 minutes including checking out, adding my account and picking my product. Very good store with a good range.
This shop took a refund from my purchase because I purchased a 3% nicotine product instead of a 0% one. No questions asked, straight up refunded me so I bought the correct one. It was the cheaper disposable inmood back then before the new regulations etc... Great customer service!!
