I've been going to VTS for 8 years and these guys (Ivan & Mark) are legends. They always explain things well, discuss possible solutions to problems, and find cost effective ways of doing things, e.g. by using "after market" OEM parts or sometimes good second hand parts. They also show me the failed parts and/or take photographs of them or parts of a car you cannot easily see. Will definitely keep going there with my cars.
I have been coming here for years I will always bring my cars here and will recommend to anyone who asks where to go. Coming into see Mark and Ivan is like coming into visit my favourite uncles down at the work shop both awesome guys they really do go out of there way to explain everything and are more than happy to answer all my silly little questions top blokes!
We have had our car serviced twice here in the past, most recently in March 2020. The service was professional, friendly and honest. The manager Ivan has completely won our trust because of his expertise, attention to detail and clear and honest communication in regards to what needs to be done and the likely costs. Highly recommend.
Ivan always communicates clearly and let’s me know if there are any issues with the car and let’s me know the likely costs before making any repairs. He saves any old worn parts and is happy to explain why they needed replacing. He is flexible and accommodating in terms of getting an appointment and I have always felt that I am in good hands. I have had several services and WOFs there and have always been happy with the service.
