Cuba has my fave noah's ark teahouse! Always a friendly face and quick service. Their taro milk tea is the GOAT!
I had the milk tea with coffee with ice cream, coffee jelly and pearl. It was so yummy that I ended up getting one every time I was in the area. The traditional milk tea goes well with the coffee which makes it so amazingly creamy and smooth. I had the milk tea with mocha also highly recommended. However, with the lychee topping, I would have chosen one more plain “ base”. Overall, the girls were so helpful in pairing those topping so please ask them for advise.
Tried the Apple aloe flavour with pearls & aloe jelly…super tasty, refreshing & had the perfect sweetness & ice levels - would definitely recommend!
I went today. I asked for extra pearls, and when she gave me my drink, I asked her, does it have extra pearls, right? and she told me, yes. To my great surprise, only had about 4 pearls. How is it possible that she want to take the customer for stupid. If she was running out of pearls, she should have told me, and I wasn't buying the drink. At the end of the day, I am more interested in the pearls than the drink. Plus she didn't put ice on it. And apparently she added all the thick liquid where pearls are kept, since my drink looked like a nectar. Not pearls, not ice and thick because of the liquid where the pearls were. She should not have charged for this drink. What a disaster and what a disappointment
I had a black strawberry tea with passion fruit bubbles, really good and loved how customisable the drinks are. The stuff where really kind and helpful and I would go again! :)
Personally find that the regular black and green teas here are too weak for my liking. Instead I now order the brewed teas which they steep too order and ask for and extra long steep, which works out great. Has the chewiest pearls!
