    Not hugely impressed with my visit to Twiggs. Service could of been better, guy on counter didn't want to get out of his seat to show me where I would find the tool I was looking for. Kept pointing down the back of store.. (about 5 times) I didn't know where he was talking about. Would of been better service to get off your back side and show me.. I would of let that go had it no been for the price and quality of tools.. Price was high but thought I would be getting quality.. 5/8 punches broke in first week.. talked with a mechanic mate who has had the same problem with that brand of punches. Went down to ToolShed in Petone, purchased their punches for less than half the price and have no issues at all. Then got some cutters from Twiggs at over $120 for I believe a German brand.. they cut worse than the $13 pair I since purchased off Temu. Overall it was just an all around disappointing visit and when compared with the Service, pricing and quality I got down at the Toolshed it will be a while before I go near W R Twiggs again!
