   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Plus Experience! We had a brilliant family night at Arena Albany thanks to a great GrabOne deal. Piet at the Info Desk was super helpful, and Hannah and Amelia made our delicious pizzas and loaded chips with care!! Yummy!! Amazing service, great food — we’ll definitely be back!

   We hosted 2x birthday parties here recently and it was amazing — the kids had so much fun and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the party space felt a bit tight and the 45 minutes allocated for food and cake after playtime felt a little rushed. Overall though, a great experience and would still recommend!

   This place is great for the kids It is probably the best I have seen here in NZ my kids got to experience the arena playground and the inflatable world as well as ten pin bowling their was quiet a few parties here but all in all fun and enjoyable definitely somewhere to run your kids energy out I bought a 14yr old 4 yr old and 8 mth old we got here around 2pm due to all the parties I'm guessing that's why no food was being served which is such a shame you can't bring your own in which is why one star is missing I also would not recommend going to the cafe if you see the person in the picture working I'm guessing cause of their work overload a simple request of 2 sweetners put into my coffee was a bit of a ask where her attitude telling me there over their I asked yeah can you put them in please and the rudeness that exhibited from her facial expressions was unacceptable when I asked her is she alright cause the looks she was giving to me for asking such a thing she just snared and walked to the back is why the other star is missing. Please please re train or have more smiley customer friendly people behind the counter due to that I did not feel comfortable going back to ask if I could have a cup of hot water for my babies bottle.

   Had my kids' 4th birthday here. Super awesome place if you want kids to enjoy. Best part is the space wherein I had almost double the number of adults(parents of the kids) and they didn't feel crammed up. If you have a large gathering, this is the place. Adults can also play on game arcades with kids. The combos they provide are amazing. Also, food cafe which served us was kind enough with orders even though there were several other parties going on at the same time.

   They have a good range of arcade games and most if not all are only $2 per play which is good value compared to other arcade places. We played a round of tenpin bowling which was fun. The layout inside the building is not the best; there were dining tables in front if the stairs to go to the 2nd level where the bowling and main toilets are located which made it difficult to access at busy times.

   We really enjoyed our time here today, Belinda and the team were awesome super friendly, very attentive and when my child dropped their entire pizza I didn't expect that they would make another, we had 3 pizzas & loaded fries all of it was delicious!!! The place was clean, and staff checking safety by doing walk through. We enjoyed the bowling too it was nice to be away from the crowd for a bit. Thank you so much we will be back. Belinda is fabulous hold on to her!!!
