   They said the product was covered by warranty at the time of purchase, but when a problem occurred and I tried to claim the warranty, they told me to go to the brand’s own store instead. What an “excellent” service. I will never purchase anything from this place again. This is truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had.

   Just had my Festool dust extractor repaired here. Very disappointed with the service, got. The extractor home found the issue I sent it in for was not fixed. Returned it to have the fault corrected asked for a quote to get fixed. Was told it would be too expensive. I was not provided with any explanation as to why the quote wasn’t prepared. Will unlikely to return or recommend based on this experience
