   I was made to move seats three times. Had a booking for 1pm and didn’t get seated until 1:35. There is hair stuck into my acrylic nail. They are all wonky and messed up. There are big gaps between the paint. I asked for a very simple acrylic nail design and it was made to be stressful instead of relaxing. The price they charged was very different to the price they told me it would be when I sent them a photo on Facebook. Will not be going back

   I have gone to Pd nails for my nails appointment . The girl who have done this was so rude and arrogant. Maybe she didn't feel like working and I can understand that some days are harder than others but why do you have to treat customers badly? You have lost five customers today as i recommend this place to my friends as well . Please if there is a manager at this place, do something to educate your girls to be nice. The girl didn't greet me and when I asked for information she kept rolling her eyes back as if she was annoyed and kept repeating in an arrogant tone. Terrible experience, I don't come to your place for this rude behaviour and this type of service . I am flying tomorrow and i really want some nice service as i used to have before from you guys. We are paying you , this is not free service . I mean look at this who is gonna tell that i have done this service from a nail salon . Its a shame . I'm so sorry because this was one of my favorite places!

   I actually went to that place trusting the feedback and I was not disappointed. Phi did an amazing job, was mindful and took the time to understand what I wanted, offering me the best option for this. She was not rushing and still took care of walk in new clients without leaving me waiting. She did a seamless job, and I’ve honestly never been that satisfied with my nails in any other salons for a while now. I found my local salon and will definitely go back there. 5 stars without any doubt.

   I went to PD nails for waxing (have thick underarm hair) and although the person successfully waxed my underarms. Four days (& 2 days of itchy burning feeling) later my underarms had turned dark brown. A google search for this dramatic change returned ‘Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation’ as the cause.

   Had SNS about a week ago. Paid $55 but the staff didn't crean cuticle. I had visited before covid, they cleaned it everytime. I asked if they don't do cuticle clean anymore and she said they can clean but before SNS has done. Do I need to mention about it? I was like.. what?! I've never heard of it. The SNS didn't last (of cause, no surprise). Came off within a week. I will not recommend to my friends and won't come back again.

   Thanks for having all 3 of us! Although we were a bit late, they still accommodated us and did not rush us. The first photo is the inspiration and the second is what they produced. My one took a bit more time because of the nail art. The nail techs were professional. Although they did speak in there own language, it was no big deal as they did their work correctly and was friendly toward us. Price was also good. Thanks so much
