   First time yesterday at Goodfellas, and my fade was awesome! My hair type, head shape, and odd bump/roll make it hard to zero fade well, but the barber did an amazing job. My wife was also impressed at my fade, which has been royally bad almost everywhere else I've been in the region.

   Quick efficient service and there is rarely a wait. Better prices compared to other nearby barber shops. Friendly staff in a clean environment. Nice decor and art work create a pleasing ambience.    During my recent visit to your Barbershop, I had the misfortune of being assigned to a different barber as my usual one, Ash, was away. Unfortunately, the service provided by this substitute barber was far from satisfactory. Although I had never had any issues with Ash before, the new barber treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism. Despite my attempts to communicate my requests and preferences, the substitute barber's tone of voice and body language conveyed a dismissive and uninterested attitude towards me
