   The Barbers are great people. Warning that the booking app system is a let down and may cause frustration! The booking constantly moves. When I arrived ahead of my slot, no one was available and my booking moved another 25mins. I asked the barber and they said the system is consistently is not working and that sometimes customers are kicked off without them knowing. I went next door, waited 5mins and had a cheaper haircut by $10.

   I've been here maybe 5 or 6 times now and I will not be going back. The quality depends on who you get. The lady who manages the place is super nice, but honestly she's cut my hair twice and it's been worse each time. I asked for a short back and sides with a fade and even pointed out where I like the fade to start. I ended up with a ridiculously high fade that curves inward to the top of my head and a patchy back. I've also never had a barber just cut the front horizontally. Honestly I really hate this haircut, but like a lot of people I couldn't say anything while in the chair as I got anxious and by the time it was done it was too late. I sadly won't be coming back

   The only place I will go for a hot towel shave, I will not considered anywhere else. This is an amazing experience and definitely a treat for things like fathers day and birthdays. 10 out of 10 for me.
