Donna was so helpful, spent an hour with me picking out a range of items to build a capsule wardrobe for work. Really good eye for colours and styles that suited me, and everything fit perfectly. Very happy and highly recommend.
Least helpful staff I've ever encountered. No one in store and they couldn't be bothered to assist me even when I told them I had several events to go to. Very"pretty woman" scenario. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
NOT a designer store. Didn't see any brands, wasn't greeted when I walked in, clothes looked like a thrift shop for ages at least over 45. Misleading shop name.

The first time I visited which was a couple of years ago the 'atmosphere' seemed much nicer. Staff were friendly whereas this time it seemed they could hardly be bothered. Very large store and clean and tidy with nice big changing rooms, but the decor is quite drab. Clothing is nice but expensive, as you'd expect. Upstairs there's a large number of sale items which is definitely worth a look. Shop is conveniently located in the middle of town
