Just goes to show how bad the customer service is.* Absolutely shocking experience. The lady serving us was unbelievably rude and unfriendly. The food itself wasn’t pleasant at all. Used the customer toilet, which was filthy. Usually I enjoy zambrero, but I do not recommend this one.

Just ordered the large burrito from Uber eats. Although it tasted alright the size was SUPER stingy! Could have easily mistaken it for a small, so disappointed considering I paid almost $20 for less than a handful of burrito. Pretty guttered

If you want a place that can cater for your team lunch, don't go here. Utterly useless!! Made an order for a specific time, with several hours notice. This was a time critical order for a scheduled day. Order wasn't ready for a whole hour after the confirmed time. Useless! Also, didn't care that it was urgent after waiting a half hour after the confirmed time. In response to the reply from the owner below. It was not a 30min wait. We ordered the food for 12.10 pick up, arriving at 12pm to standby. We left with the food at 1pm. We ordered the food via your online ordering system at 9am, receiving the confirmation that the order would be ready at the designated time, at the time of purchase. If you only got the order at 12pm, I suggest looking at your ordering system. It should not be the customers responsibility to reconfirm an order after making it via your own ordering system and receiving confirmation. Do you suggest customers ring you when they've made an uber eats or deliver easy order? I doubt it. This was via your own ordering system! There were 23 things. 8 burritos, 14 bowls and a couple of quesadilla's. An hour to make all those is unacceptable. Our runner didn't double check the bags when he left and got to our meeting to find there was no cutlery in the bags, so had to go out again to buy some. Do you usually send people away with take away meals, that you need a fork for, without cutlery? Looking at your other one and two star ratings it looks like you don't take much responsibility.
