   Incredible experience. The team did an exceptional job repairing my car, and communicated with me throughout the process on both timings and cost. Christine on the front desk is an amazingly capable manager, who was as kind and hilarious as she was professional and thorough. I had a bad experience at another mechanics in town, and they even offered to help me out where the other business had let me down. That really meant a lot during a stressful time trying to get my car back on the road as cheaply as possible. Love these guys.

   Extremely disappointed with my experience at Premier Panel and Paint. I took my vehicle here for an insurance repair through Tower and was initially advised that the tailgate would be replaced. However, this did not happen. Instead, secondhand parts were used throughout the repair, including rubbers with holes in them and scratched plastic trims. The towbar was also replaced with a used part, which directly contradicts Tower Insurance’s policy. To make matters worse, when I went to view the vehicle prior to collection, there were still dents present. I had to continuously follow up with my insurance provider to raise concerns and push for the work to be completed properly. The entire process was unnecessarily drawn out, they had my car for an excessive amount of time, and I was pressured into collecting it over a long weekend, despite the work being clearly incomplete. In the end, I had to take the vehicle elsewhere to have the repairs properly finished. This experience caused a great deal of frustration and stress, especially as I had made a conscious effort to support a local business. Unfortunately, what I received in return was poor communication and substandard workmanship. I would strongly caution others before using Premier Panel and Paint. Not recommended at all.

   The team at Premier are awesome. It doesn’t matter who I’m dealing with - they’re great at communicating, always consistent, and give honest opinions and options. They go above and beyond, and I know I can trust them to give the right advice. Highly recommend!

   Ute went in after an accident, when it was finally ready to be picked up 9 weeks later we had a list of 11 or so things wrong. Cables and light dangling in amongst the motor, new scratches on the tail gate, lights on one side not even connected, wheel screeching and rubbing just to name a few!! Has been in 3 times now and has just come back worse than when it went in. Paint overspray that doesn’t even match, and paint drips where they were fixing their own scratches. Totally disappointed with the lack of professional workmanship, and the attitude of one of the owners! Now 4 months later….Will not be recommending at all!

   Very disappointed with how the car has been done, the paint is way off, the bull bar wasn't painted, the grill was still hanging off, and the car was on a huge lean back to front, looked like they got there colour blind apprentice to do it or something!! And the battery was flat, this took them 4 months and the car looked better before it went in !!
