These guys pride themselves as specialists, firstly gave us the wrong part, only found out from the installer which cost us $75 , then did not want to refund us . The part was available overseas so we ordered it as could not source it with confidence ourselves. Paid in advance with 3-4 week delivery promise. Followed up ourselves 4 weeks later , told end of week. No communication so followed up ourselves again the following week to be told the part was discontinued...which means it was never ordered. We haven't been given any alternatives, solutions, apologies or compensation. Asked for this before reviewing, still no response. It has cost us a lot of TIME AND MONEY.
