Always lovely to come here, not too loud and easy to have client meetings not having to compete with other noise. Easy location and central to everything.
The cost performance is too low! This is the most expensive and coffee portions smallest cafe in this area. Update: It's a pity that I received a very arrogant evaluation from the owner. Excuse me, are all three size of coffee in your store triple shots? The three size are 6/8/10 Oz, and 10OZ sells for 7.5 dollars. Most other coffee shops sell for 12oz 6.5 dollars. Of course, I know that you don't cut competition with the surrounding stores, and even don't care about the feelings of the costomers. The most important thing is to make money, good lucky.
This place is a GEM!!! We ordered filtered coffee and is was fruity and delicate and complex and delicious. A true experience. We also ordered a piece of lemon cheesecake which is the closest we’ve come to cheesecake like home (the United States) since being overseas and traveling for years. Everything in the case looks incredible and we decided to piece together a picnic lunch to take with us for our afternoon excursion. The ambiance inside the cafe is welcoming and accommodating to kids, while maintaining a quiet and peaceful vibe, amongst the bustling business.
I've said it before and I'll say it again-best cafe on the North Shore! Anna has created a haven with hand picked coffee beans from around the globe, expertly roasted and carefully measured. The food is concise, with fewer options done exceptionally. The BEST ingredients and scones ever (and I've eaten them the world over-sorry Scotland!) ...caramelised cashews on top, melt in your mouth crumb and softest crystalised ginger. Love
This is the best chicken salad I’ve had in Auckland so far! The chicken is perfectly seared and incredibly flavorful. It includes cheese tofu, avocado, almonds, and pea shoots (the highlight!). One time, I brought my son here, and he said, “Mom, they’re so generous here—so much meat!” Haha. The coffee is also rich and aromatic. Five-star recommendation—absolutely amazing!
Free range dogs roaming guest tables unleashed belonging to employee/ owner (not ideal), extreme noise of machinery in seated area (less ideal), espresso shot not pulled with decent crema and served nearly 30 minutes later (add insult to injury) and charged $6 for pot of tea to discover it's only a dilmah green tea (did I step into the right business?). Had good coffee here before but will think twice about arranging a meeting here again.
TOAST SANDWICHES & FLAT WHITE - Recommended here. The toasted sandwiches were affordable from the cabinet selection and deliciously flavoured. The flatwhite had the option of choosing the coffee bean blend which was fantastic. Atmosphere was cozy and busy in the main area, but it appeared there was extra seating at the back. Will be back!
Great premium coffee. Super busy in the weekend, be prepared to wait for seats, coffee and car park space. Otherwise, great coffee and muffins! PS: Ask for the strong flavor of coffee bean of the day for the intense flavor, it stands out compared to all other coffee places i have ever been to!
A cafe with bright, lively interior design and spacious indoor seating. It has 3 varieties of coffee beans to choose from for your coffees and it has a good selection of pastry and cakes too.
Great coffee here :) in fact, "surprisingly good." The staff were all very prompt, friendly and helpful. The venue was pretty lively and busy but there was more space near the back that could be opened up - had a great vibe. Fun to watch the coffee beans getting roasted. Would recommend for coffee fans and general cafe goers looking for a meeting spot!
