   Owner of the restaurant is very friendly and customer service oriented. We had a booking on Sat night, restaurant somehow messed up our booking. Instead of turning us away, the owner apologies and worked out a plan to have us seated at the back. Even gone to a step further and shouted dinner for our birthday boy. Very much enjoyed our experience here, and will be back. Thank you.

   HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!! This place is absolutely amazing, from the atmosphere to the food, to the staff and the owner who is the most friendliest person ever, very welcoming. We travelled from Whakatane twice for this hotpot and it was amazing both times. Huge variety of ingredients to choose from and also cooked foods aswell. Desserts were a 10/10. Dining time is 2 hours which is plenty of time, you definitely will not need the 2 hours. Also they have unlimited drinks to choose from in the fridge (the iced teas are amazing). Overall very happy with our experience. This will definitely be our No.1 Hotpot everytime we come to Auckland. You are too kind, it’s very rare to find good people like you.

   MUST BOOK if you want to secure a table as if you want to try walk in there is almost no chance of getting a table since the place is so popular. Price per person is well worth the variety. You get your own pot thus no risk of cros contanmination of foods that you don't eat and the heat element adjusts it's own temperature to ensure safety that the pot doesn't boil to high and overflow. I feel like the variety of the buffet food is more than the hot pot ingredients so even if treat here as a buffet restaurant is just as good. They have a variety of mains and cold cuts and huge range of sauces to mix. To finish, they have a good amount of desserts from ice cream, cakes and fruits. The service was very friendly and staff would constantly be clearing the tables and ensuring the food is kept clean.

   Wow alright! Adult forty dollars all you can eat buffet with hot pot, includes unlimited drinks and ice-cream and a wide range of foods. It was fresh, tasty and very filling. Glad to have tried new things I’ve never tasted before. Loved the duck, lemon chicken, vegetarian noodles and overall the different variety of delicious foods and very addictive flavours. If you’re not sure on what sauces to make just ask staff or even the customers for recommendations, they were friendly and more than happy to help. Customer service was spot on, very attentive to our needs as we were first timers. Atmosphere was warm, welcoming and enjoyable. Thank you to all staff and the wonderful chef who made us extra dumplings and especially the gentleman at the front desk, you were awesome. Look forward to visiting and enjoying another meal with you again.

   $40 per person for dinner, great range and owner is super cool. Must book or you won’t be able to get a spot. Great range of food especially their dessert. Very cool they provide drinks as part of the cost. Tables are spaced nicely so there is enough space to walk. Very clean and the waiting staffs are proactively topping up water and clearing dishes. Would definitely rate this over any other hotpot buffets in Auckland

   I got to know why this restaurant is famous :) The boss and staffs are super friendly. Haven’t had that good service in other restaurants for a long time. Loved mini pot so didn’t have to share soup with others. Many side options. will def come back again :)

   I love buffet in general because of the range of food you can eat is great. I’m glad that there’re fungus, mushrooms, seaweeds, yam, leafy greens and tofu for my vegetarian partner. I also got some squid dumplings and chicken drumstick for myself. The cake slices, orange slices and plum juice taste nice as well. It’s also good to have a small hot pot for each customer. Also great customer service from the manager. He really put efforts into it and was attentive.

   We had the best time, I didn't catch the guys name who served us and helped us, but he was amazing. Being my first time having hot pot, he told us how everything works, and what order to do everything in. And I'm glad we listened, because we were almost rolling out of that place because of how full we were. I had the best time. So so sooooooooo many options, staff are friendly, and everything is explained perfectly. We will definitely be back, maybe with more people.
