    Our group had the $45 per person banquet meal, and it was well worth it. The food was delicious — the highlights for us were the money bags and the massaman curry. The only letdown was the dessert; it was a mix of ice cream, sticky rice, and whipped cream, which felt underwhelming. We would’ve much preferred classic mango with sticky rice instead.

    Went here last night. Been disappointed with many of the restaurants in Auckland, but this meal was just FANTASTIC!! Super fresh and so tasty. Authentic with great service. Best Thai I’ve had in a long time. Had the chicken pad Thai and a stir fry beef dish which was the perfect amount of spicy! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. ENJOY!

    The platter contained the staples on a Thai menu but all with excellent quality in taste and size. The pork hock was delicious, truly crispy- better than any pork hock we'd ever had! The green apple salad was a perfect accompaniment. The pad Thai came with 5 big, juicy prawns- a rare generosity in today's food scene. We were really impressed with the quality and value served up by the wonderful staff. We are already planning our next trip back!

    This place is a gem. Staff are friendly and accommodating, atmosphere is superb, but most of all the food is exceptional. I’d say their papaya salad is one of the best and the most authentic around here. You could see them making it in a mortar and pestle right before your eyes, and it has the perfect balance of tang, salt, spice and stinkiness (for lack of a better word - but if you know you know). Their seafood dishes are fresh and made with top quality ingredients. If you are a tom yum enthusiast like me I’d also recommend their steamed fish - which has quite a similar flavour profile and plenty of broth to slurp. Every time when I visit there I just can’t wait to go back there again.
