As at the time of posting this response, this amount has not been paid. The Disputes Tribunal also said: “I note [name – lawyer at Bartlett Law]’s integrity in advising “Aotearoa” to remain with [his/her] existing lawyers, which I have little doubt saved “Aotearoa” a considerable amount of money. “Aotearoa” may now wish to demonstrate equal integrity, by removing the comments that [he/she] placed on Bartlett Law’s website [actually Google reviews]: those comments are clearly unjustified.” “Aotearoa” has failed to do this.
