As at the time of posting this response, this amount has not been paid. The Disputes Tribunal also said: βI note [name β lawyer at Bartlett Law]βs integrity in advising βAotearoaβ to remain with [his/her] existing lawyers, which I have little doubt saved βAotearoaβ a considerable amount of money. βAotearoaβ may now wish to demonstrate equal integrity, by removing the comments that [he/she] placed on Bartlett Lawβs website [actually Google reviews]: those comments are clearly unjustified.β βAotearoaβ has failed to do this.
