“I highly recommend the Boutique Physio, Fran who does my 1:1 Pilates is simply amazing, she is so knowledgeable, extremely patient and is doing wonders for my old worn out body. I had my first physio session with Chris, what a legend, I came away feeling like a new woman, despite him putting needles in my butt, which by the way, didn't hurt and worked wonders. Tash also deserves a mention, so helpful, understanding of my overall needs, recommending additional services that can help me on my journey of becoming a fitter, healthier person.
