“Love my poutiri medical center, the doctors n nurses ,also the receptionist,well everyone that works in poutiri medical center,they are all awesome, they all look after you,very respectful, kind,lovely they make sure you get what you need when you go and see them...they have all varieties of health stuff you can sign up too. Weather's it's mirimiri with aunty Kath,or help with counseling or etc. Poutiri wellness is the doctors you should sign up to. Only downfall is it takes like a week to be seen. Besides that they are the best doctors so far.”

“Incredibly understanding & personal service. I recently had a GP appointment for my 6 week old baby as well as a nurse visit straight afterward. Easy enough, except my husband was away for work so I had my 2 preschoolers with me too. It was a 4pm appointment on a Friday! Both the Dr & the nurses were so supportive & helpful as I attempted to keep the older two in line who were bursting with energy & loud voices. It was a juggle but I appreciated how kind & respectful everyone was to my children. I felt unjudged & supported. Thank you!”

“Absolutely lovely set up inside, beautiful designed entrance and seating area. The professionalism & friendlyness of all staff I dealt with put me right at ease for the first time I had what I had done. Everything is so clean, I even loved the robes they provide, instead of stark hard hospital gowns, they have nice soft, beautiful ones which add's to putting one at ease. The way the radiographer explained everything to me, incredibly professional. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend as your choice of where to go for all your scans.”

“Cannot fault this practice. In spite of exceptionally difficult and frustrating times for all GP's in a fast-expanding Papamoa with an acute GP shortage, we have always been looked after by friendly, helpful reception and nursing staff who do their very best to get us sorted. Dr Natasha Roberton (and before her Dr Liam Tranter) somehow still makes time to listen kindly to her patients and focus on what is important/necessary for them, leading to positive outcomes. “Good day. Again I would love to give feedback on my experience at Tauranga Emergency Department on Monday, 3rd March 2025. I hurt my right knee with fall a while ago and doing exercises I must have aggravated the knee. The pain became so unbearable that my husband decided to take me to ED. From the lovely, calm young ladies at the reception, to all those who played their roll checking my knee with an x-ray to the lovely Jackie physiotherapist, to the staff in the corridors - so, so friendly. “It has been a devine blessing to be able to go to the hospital. My wife was in absolutely great pain when I took her to the hospital at around 8pm. It was from the moment I arrived at the hospital, it has been a perfect service with respect, kindness and utmost concern for an individual who was in a great distress. I just want to thank every individual around the hospital I. E. THE DOCTORS, nurses, janitors, and or even the ward assistants. They were all very very good and their response towards my wife was excellent. My wife Alpana Goundar had a gallbladder operation and the enter team that were responsible has done a supurb job. I don't know all of them by name but they were all just simply best. The nurses I remember were Deepa and Sally not forgetting others THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.”
