“Our membrane deck was badly damaged during cyclone Gabriele. This caused a lot of water damage to the room below the deck. Due to new building regulations it required a complete reconstruction of the deck with lowering of the ceiling in the down stairs room and lowering of the outside soffits. Four major building companies refused to assist with the repairs. Fortunately I was given Jason’s name. It was a four month project which presented numerous unforeseen and challenging problems. I can honestly say Jason and his team conquered every challenge successfully and left no stone untouched to solve the problem . I have to mention that I am one of those very annoying customers and not a day went by with me wanting to know where, why, what and when. Jason and his team was always there to answer and explain my in hindsight unnecessary concerns. Every stage of the new build was completed to a very high standard of excellence and precision. Jason kept us informed throughout the building process so we knew exactly what was happening and why. I also have to add that the sub contractors being used by Jason works to the same standard of expectation such as expected by Jason. Jason’s building knowledge and experience, his advice given and the team’s attention to detail can only be described as phenomenal. To Jason, Scott, Britney and Jade a massive big thank you for all your hard work. Be assured it is sincerely appreciated. I can definitely recommend Jason and his team for all your building requirements. I will definitely use Jason for future building projects. Albert and Fransie de la Hunt.”
