No matter how many calls or emails to NZ post, I always got through to a different ‘operator’ making promise after promise, but no results. I decided to pop-in to the Grey Street branch in Tauranga where I explained my frustration to Sue (don't know her surname). Without any hesitation she jumped in to bat for me - Two days later she called to advise on the progress, and two days thereafter to let me know that the parcel had been delivered – what a star. Sue - even though you had nothing to do with this shipment (sent from Napier), you went out of your way to solve the problem for me, you are awesome! - and your company needs more staff like you. Only problem is logging in to the portal - I have to "forgot password" every single time and login with a temporary password. Then even after updating it, trying to login again, it does not accept the new password. May need to be raised with your web team. Otherwise, the team have been helpful and fair when required :)”
