“From the very first session, Ben created a safe and welcoming environment that allowed me to express my thoughts and feelings freely. His ability to listen without judgment made a significant difference in how I approached my day to day life. He asks insightful questions that encouraged me to reflect deeply on my life and my choices. Ben's approach is both compassionate and insightful. He equips me with effective tools and techniques to not only cope with these challenges, but to overcome them. Each session leaves me feeling uplifted and more self-aware, and I appreciate how he tailors his methods to fit my individual needs. What truly stands out about Ben is his genuine passion for helping others. He celebrates my progress, no matter how small, which motivates me to continue making progress. I am very grateful for his support and guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and empathetic counsellor.”
